Full Management
We offer a personal full management service at a competitive rate. We will take care of the whole process from advertising and securing quality tenants to processing the return of deposits at the end of the tenancy. We will provide an income valuation based on the current market, can advise on furnishings and advise on any repairs/improvements in order to maximise potential income.
Let Only
For a fixed fee we will advertise your property and secure a quality tenant. In addition, we will draw up a legally binding lease agreement between yourself and your new tenant.
Inventory Services
We offer a variety of inventory services to accommodate landlords who wish to manage their own property on a daily basis, but require some assistance on the inventory aspects.
